Twice Baked Mice

Twice baked potato mice.  

Everyone looks so stinking cute, I just had to post it.  

Radish ears, raisin eyes, cherry tomato nose with chive whiskers and tail.

And because I am who I am, when I mix up my potato, I added some chopped up steamed cabbage and broccoli (you know, 'Bubble and Squeak' is good, so I though this would be too).  Everyone loved it.
